Carbon Neutral Trip
Day by Day
No two trips are ever the same, but this will give you a taste of what your journey will be like.
Day 1
Sip cocktails over views of Montreal’s Ferris wheel, the Place Jacques-Cartier and the St. Lawrence River from the rooftop of Hotel William Gray. Get your first taste of the city's world-renowned cuisine while enjoying an a la carte dinner.
Day 2
Start with an urban bike ride through Montreal, exploring neighbourhoods representing Canada's cultural mosaic. Sample Alsatian tarts, gnocchi and Montreal-style bagels, and unwind at your hotel's spa or pool.
Day 3
Bid adieu to Montreal and venture to Bromont, a New England-style village with picture-perfect Loyalist architecture. Stop for a local ice wine tasting before continuing through rolling hills, farms, and forests. End the day at Manoir Hovey for dinner at Le Tap Room.
Day 4
Cycle from Manoir Hovey to Lake Massawippi, passing beautiful Victorian houses. A local fromagerie hosts us to sample the region’s fabulous cheeses before we explore Ayer's Cliff. This evening, enjoy a private global wine tasting nearby, followed by a lakeside dinner.
Day 5
Take a scenic drive to St-Antoine-de-Tilly, a 300-year-old village celebrated for its beauty and gouda cheese. Cycle along the 'Chemin de la Fraicheur' to Quebec City, passing farms and vendors offering local produce.
Day 6
Explore Île d'Orléans on two wheels, passing historic homesteads and gardens. Lunch at a vineyard near Montmorency Falls before a guided tour of Old Québec. Tonight we'll toast to our Canadian adventure at Chez Muffy, known for its farm-to-fork menu and extensive wine list.
Day 7
After breakfast, your guide team will drive you to the airport in time for your onward travels.
