Start with an urban bike ride through Montreal, exploring neighbourhoods representing Canada's cultural mosaic. Sample Alsatian tarts, gnocchi and Montreal-style bagels, and unwind at your hotel's spa or pool.

Bid adieu to Montreal and venture to Bromont, a New England-style village with picture-perfect Loyalist architecture. Stop for a local ice wine tasting before continuing through rolling hills, farms, and forests. End the day at Manoir Hovey for dinner at Le Tap Room.

Cycle from Manoir Hovey to Lake Massawippi, passing beautiful Victorian houses. A local fromagerie hosts us to sample the region’s fabulous cheeses before we explore Ayer's Cliff. This evening, enjoy a private global wine tasting nearby, followed by a lakeside dinner.

Take a scenic drive to St-Antoine-de-Tilly, a 300-year-old village celebrated for its beauty and gouda cheese. Cycle along the 'Chemin de la Fraicheur' to Quebec City, passing farms and vendors offering local produce.
