Start with a cappuccino and set out on a bike ride through the Hyblaean Mountains. Pause to explore Noto Antica, the town's original location until 1693. Savour local Sicilian cuisine at a family-run agriturismo, then explore the Noto of today: the prima donna of Baroque architecture and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The walking on Salina has options for easy or more challenging and varying terrain, predominately featuring dirt paths running through the countryside. The hiking on Etna is exposed with loose gravel and gentle climbing (we don’t start at the bottom!). Daily distances range from 7 to 10 km (4.3 to 6 mi.) with limited van support (which is why we have different options on Salina). Biking in Sicily offers rolling terrain with some elevation gains on the mainland of 350 to 450 m (1,115 to 1.485 ft.). Distances are typically 25 to 50 km (16 to 30 mi.) with extra options for van use. We will offer transfers to get any hills out of the way, and the island of Lipari is e-bike only (or you can opt for a few hours of kayaking).
