From gravity-defying granite boulders to wildlife-rich plains, Zimbabwe is a land where the beauty of Mother Nature shines like nowhere else on earth. Adapt to the gentle pace of safari life as you follow in the footsteps of the Big Five, canoe safari along the Zambezi River and marvel at the natural wonders of Matusadona National Park, Hwange National Park, Mana Pools and Lake Kariba—spotting giraffe, elephant, cheetah and more. In between game drives, you'll connect with conservation organizations that are working to safeguard wilderness areas and inspire a new vision for our oldest continent.

Level 1

This trip is appropriate for travellers who take long walks once a week, and don’t mind a little sweat. It includes moderate walking across varied landscapes. Safari bush walks may take us across dry cracked lakeshores or sandy river beds, through thick grasses or brushing through low shrub. Closed walking shoes are essential.
