Self-guided trips combine the hallmarks of any B&R itinerary (think excellent hotels, amazing local connections and expertly planned routes) with the freedom of pacing each day exactly the way you like.

Epicurean escapades along ancient paths

With no shortage of pristine wineries and charming landscapes punctuated by UNESCO-listed vineyards, the Prosecco hills are a wine lover’s dream. Although known as the place where Italy’s most famous DOCG wine grapes grow, you’ll soon discover this region has so much more to offer. Pedal through medieval towns, learn how to make pasta from scratch and savour the gastronomic delights around every corner. Here, the culinary adventures are as extraordinary as the scenery!

DAY 1

Start your journey in Follina, where you’ll set off on your first ride through the breathtaking hills of Prosecco. Discover charming osterias and wine farms along the way, and spend some time exploring the charming town. This evening, we’d recommend dining at either of the hotel’s fabulous restaurants.

Level 3

Enjoy riding over rolling terrain among the vineyards of prosecco. Similar to Tuscany, many little climbs lead to just as many rewarding views. An E-bike is a great option on this trip.
